908

Ingredients:

1/4 cup whole milk
1 tablespoons unsweetened pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tbsp granulated white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup brewed coffee
1/4 cup vanilla creamer
whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice for the top

Directions:

In a glass mixing cup add milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
Use a whisk to combine.
Warm in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Do not boil!
You want to heat it up nice and warm, but remove from heat before it gets to a boil.
(option: Instead of heating on the stove, you can also place it in the microwave and heat for 1 minute.)
Brew 1 cup coffee and whisk into your milk mixture.
Pour into your glass.
Add vanilla creamer and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.

Note:

If you want to make an iced latte and you prefer to make the coffee at home, brew a pot of coffee the day before you want to make your latte. Let the coffee cool down, then place it in the fridge. This will give you homemade iced coffee.
